We have a lovely, HA, 2 bedroom, End of Terrace house just a 2 min walk from the sought after Nuxley Village. We are not on an estate and there are only 6 houses. Although there are no age restrictions, we are all over 50 and most of us have been here since they were built, in 1990. Being at the end, we are lucky to have a private, fenced seating area to the front and our own parking for two cars. We also have an large outdoor cupboard, an outdoor tap and electric points. On top of this, there is a small communal garden with flowers and a bench.
 
 Although back to back, the house itself comprises of a porch with a storage cupboard, a lounge which is big enough for a table and chairs and contains a large, walk in cupboard, a well thought out kitchen with lots of cupboards and room for a fridge freezer, a cooker, a washing machine and a tumble drier. Going up the wide, gently sloping stairs you will find an airing cupboard, a small bedroom with built in single wardrobe, a larger bedroom with double built in wardrobe, a bathroom with shelving and a shower over the bath and access to a partially boarded loft.
 
 This is a lovely area with very good amenities on your doorstep, if you need them. These include the woods, a park, a library, a medical centre, schools, shops and a good public transport system. (You will be close to the Elizabeth Line which will get you into London in around 20 mins!
 
 If it wasnâ??t for ill health and needing to be near our son in Ramsgate, we would never move. It is really quiet, we have incredible neighbours, itâ??s a dead end road so there is no traffic and we have everything we could possibly need, on our doorstep! We would consider any property type, as long as flats-maisonettes are ground floor as we have a dog. It also needs to be within walking distance from the beach and not on an estate.
