Thermostat both upstairs and downstairs. Quiet neighbours and neighbourhood, nursery and primary school within 2 minute walking distance (basically next door, gate is attached to the estate). Large grass area located in front of house for use of anyone but seems like an extension of the front garden which no one ever uses really. Everyone is super quiet here, bus stop is less than 5 minute walk, routes to Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood and Wimborne. 5 minute drive to retail park with Lidls, home bargains, TK maxx etc I am looking for a 3 bedroom house, preferably a kitchen diner (rather than a lounge diner) or separate dining room.
