I have a lovely 2 bed house in Ashford, Surrey and I'm looking to be back in Hertfordhsire to be closer to my kids and grandkids. I have a newly installed kitchen (March) which is a great size. I have a downstairs W/C which is a good size as the house is adapted for wheelchairs and all the electrics are in place for a stair lift if ever needed. I have 2 good size double bedrooms, one has built in mirrored wardrobe. Bathroom has shower over bath. The back garden is small but manageable.
