I have a 2 bedroom eot house at the Top of Addington, Biggin hill is a 5 min walk.Both bedrooms are big toilet separate to the wet room which was put in 5 years ago, My kitchen is a good size with a outhouse shed with electric. My front room is huge as used to be two rooms at some point.
Garden is approx 80 ft long, with side access through the shed the garden has a brick shed.
Front garden has room for two cars Windows replaced 5 years ago, Kitchen replaced 10 years ago due to be replaced at 15 years,I have lived here for 25 years and lived it, th house is just too big for me now as my health is getting worse, most houses on the road are private and neighbours are friendly and welcoming.
I need a two bedroom place in or around Orpington as I need to be near famil to support me while my health gets worse.
