2 bedroom ground floor flat. There is one flat above me. Front and back garden, pets allowed. Close to town and on the same street as Ashcombe Primary School. I am looking to swap for a house. Looking for more rural in Weston or close surrounding areas but open to anything. My kitchen is freestanding, ideally Id like to take it with me and replace it with yours or another (at my expense) but I will leave it for the right house. Not yet got round to the kitchen flooring, as you can see it is just concrete. Just paid for the kitchen walls and ceiling to be freshly plastered and new tiles. I will put wooden flooring in if it will help with the move. New front door fitted last week and next year the windows are being replaced. I am with Alliance. The rent is £480 per calendar month.
