I have a basement purpose built flat on a quite road. I moved to this property in March 2023 and have repainted the bathroom, kitchen, front room and hallway and generally cleaned it up.

I am looking to move as this housing association wont allow me to childmind and I am looking for a new start and I am open to areas for the right property. I am happy to be part of multiswaps.

The flat is 10 min walk to West Norwood high street with lots of shops, a library and a picture house with good bus connections and 12 min walk to both West Norwood and Tulse Hill stations. Large green spaces not too far; Streatham Common, Brockwell Park and Dulwich Park.
