The flat is useful for the elderly, wheelchair, disabled people and small families, and anyone who wants to downsize from large to small accommodation purposes .The flat is on the 12th floor each floor has four apartments. My flat needs a total refurbishment starting from the Passage, Shower room, Toilet, Kitchen, Front Living room, Storage rooms and last of all both bedroom .The building was refurbished back in 2017 exterior and interior of the building only. The flat has shower and sink, Separate toilet, three excellent spacious storage rooms kitchen is medium-sized and two bedrooms one large bedroom one medium size bedroom. Parking is permit holders only (WF) Zone from 0800 am to 1830 pm Mon to Sat / Sunday and Bank Holidays is free parking bays just for disabled badge holders only available outside of the building local buses and Upton Park underground sn are walking distance. The building has its own council concierge at the entrance of the building from Monday to Sunday. So, I've tried my utmost to describe my flat and the building itself and thanks again for viewing my flat. adaptation fitted in the shower and toilet facilities fitted Bathroom just got refurbished and is totally a wet room easy excess for wheelchairs and new shower plus chair installed in the bathroom please desperate for 4 or 5 bedroom house thx

The kitchen, toilet, wet room, Windows, middle storeroom and front living room and finally the corner of the hallway have all been decorated and complete to standard work by the council

Bedrooms, Storerooms and the hallway will have to be stripped decorated.
