It is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, a 7-minute bus journey into town without traffic: private driveway, front and back garden. There is only one other flat above us, and they are the nicest and friendliest couple. There is a large bedroom and a living room, and there is a smaller room, but it still fits a double bed and furniture. The village is surrounded by fields that you can go for a walk in. There is no noise other than children playing. It is an absolutely lovely area.
