Ground floor Flat, Menziehill area. The house is 2 double bedrooms, large livingroom, kitchen and bathroom. Only been living here for 5 months. All has been recently painted and each room has a unique panel wall in them. The house is brilliant for 3 - 4 people and would make a good home. All gardens are shared with other tenants in the building. The reason I am looking for a swap is because we are overcrowded now and looking for an extra bedroom. I am looking for a 3 bedroom house with a garden for my dogs and kids.
