I am looking to swap my second floor 2 bed flat. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. It has 2 double rooms, a big living room, bath with shower head, kitchen is on the smaller side. I had carpet put down in both bedrooms and living room 3 years ago so still has plenty of life left. The block of flats is quite small with only 5 others in the block. All the neighbours are lovely and very quiet (I have never heard any of them). It has a private car park around the back with assigned spaces, plus extra for any guests.
