Marlborough is a really nice place to live, with low crime rate and easy commute to Devizes, Swindon, Newbury, Hungerford, Cirencester etc. we are only looking at moving only because we have 3 little kids and deemed overcrowded. The flat is low maintenance with allocated parking , plenty of on-street parking, there is a communal garden right outside of the flat, it overlooks a hill and there is a large field suitable for a long walk.
