These flats are situated near plenty of amenities, the metro is a 2 minute walk, Heaton park is also only a 2 minute walk away, Prestwich Precinct is close by, there are only 18 flats here (these are only TWO storeys high) only a few have their own front door where as the other tenants share a communal door.
Every one of my neighbours are lovely, you have private parking and communal gardens.
There is plenty of storage inside and outside the property.
