My mum is looking to exchange she has a 2bed 1st floor apartment in a secure gated complex with only 4 apartments in each of the 4 blocks. It’s 10min walk from st Anne’s center and 2min walk to local amenities eg:spar, butchers, hardware store pharmacy ect. There is under building garages. Main bus routes to all areas just around the corner, I myself was the first tennant to live there then I did an exchange with my mum. She’s 83 now and wants to be closer to myself in kirkham as she has arthritis in her hips she is finding carrying her shopping up the 16 steps more difficult than she used to.
