i have a lovely 2 bedroom gff. 3 mins to town pubs etc. wet room no bath. small fenced off court yard out side back door. i want a 1-2 bedroom ground floor. in herne bay or with in 2 miles .must allowe my cat. some were to put my mobility sccoter. not bothered about a garden. there a big comnunal garden here. 1 lady lives above me. shes at work all day. no kids near by so very quiet here. church right opp my place
