I have a 4 in a block ground floor flat located in Kirkcaldy fife.
It’s a 2 bedroom both are a decent size 1 is a double which has a cupboard in it for storage and the other is a single.
the living room is quite spacious with a storage cupboard in it.
The bathroom has a bath and shower over it which means it’s accessible for anyone.
The kitchen has lots of cupboard space and is a decent size in itself which is good.
It does have a back garden too which is big and could be made into something beautiful but there is a lot of steps outside to get to it which is just not accessible for my 2 children as they’re still quite little so would be looking for something with an enclosed garden just outside the back door so it’s easy for me to keep an eye on the kids.
The building is both gas and electric.
It is located near the town centre which means it’s easier for anyone with no car as all the shops are a 10 minute walking distance.
