I have a 2 double bed on the 1st floor which I have 15 steps outside to get to my front door, my living room is a good size and my kitchen is very spacious with a lot of storage, both bedrooms have built in wardrobes to. There’s lots of schools and shops around my area also parks and green spaces, I don’t have a balcony but it’s like a balcony outside my front door with space downstairs as well and green spaces out the front and back of the flat.
