Small block of flats with only two floors, ground and first floor and I am on the first floor and no one above me. There are stairs to the property and no lift. Excellent transport links Finsbury Park and Arsenal station nearby. Separate living room and kitchen. Space for tumble dryer in kitchen as shown in picture. Bathroom and toilet separate. Bedrooms are good sizes. Currently in the process of updating my kitchen (white cabinets and painting to match the rest of the decor in the flat) Gas and central heating. Lovely communal garden and private balcony. Parking and also bay parking available. Lovely neighbours who look out for each other and very considerate. Only moving due to having two teenagers (girl and a boy) and both are sharing a room. I desperately need an extra room.
