I have a 2 bed ground floor flat, very well looked after as I have lived here since it was new almost 6 years ago. It has 2 allocated parking spaces. In a nice new build area, only 6 flats in the block. French doors leading out to a small garden area which is spacious enough for my table, chairs and barbecue. Lovely big lounge with bay window which is large enough for my 2 sofas, dining table and 4 dining chairs with plenty of floor space still. I’d like a 2 bed house, ideally with a garden for my daughter. I’d also consider another flat with own entrance, or a 3 bed if under occupancy is allowed. Falmouth or surrounding areas.
