I have a 2 bedroom flat with 2 separate bathroom with a good size storage room on the 3rd floor in willingdon trees (Hampden park). There are bus stops close by and a local Morrisons daily with a skatepark, primary school and a park near by. I am looking to swap with either a 2 bedroom flat or a 1 bedroom studio flat on the ground floor, 1st or 2nd floor. If a ground floor a garden would be perfect for my little one. A school near by would also be very helpful.
