I have a 2 bed bungalow,with fully enclosed large rear garden, with patio area. 2 double bedrooms, 1 with patio doors onto patio outside. So there is easy access. Double driveway for 2 cars, the kerb has been dropped. Wet room with a good sized space. Lovely elderly neighbours. Could be a beautiful bungalow, needs decorating but I can leave all the paint behind. Very quiet street but close to all amenities. You are only half a mile from Rotherham hospital. Lots of big supermarkets, lots of places to visit. Age restriction is 45 years. We need to move as I am very poorly and need to be near family and friends. My wife also has emphysema and needs totally flat ground to walk on. Thanks for reading, any questions please ask.
