I have a 1 bed ground floor maisonette in Wombourne. I am seeking a 3 bedroom house in the following areas - Wombourne, Sedgley, Kinver, Swindon, Perton, Codsall, Essington.I have a garden, a 1 year old bathroom, utility room, kitchen needs redecorating but is due a new one in 2027, bedroom needs redecorating as previous tenant made a mess with the ceiling but we never got round to it. The Living room is a decent size with a new ish carpet that we had fitted back in 2024. Pets are allowed. We have decent neighbours and there is a parking space, but not designated.
