I am currently living in a council one-bedroom ground floor flat located near Old Kent Road. The property has central heating, and both rooms are double-sized, very bright, and spacious.
The location is very convenient, with excellent transport links including underground and bus services. It is also close to day-to-day shopping facilities such as Tesco, Asda, Lidl, and other local shops. Additionally, major hospitals are within 15 minutes, and my local GP is just 5 minutes away.
I have lived in this flat for 20 years and truly love my home. However, I am now looking for a mutual exchange as my son has grown up and needs his own room and study space.
