I have ground floor flat at marina Swansea, over 60s assisted living 1 bedroom walk in shower with council landlord. Heating/ water in with rent just Electric to pay for Laundry upstairs, but chair lift from my flat to 1st floor then lift to Laundry or over to main building if mobility alright which is 2mins to lift up to Laundry. 4 flats on my floor lively neighbours. Dr's next door. Main marina 2min walk around corner or again into main building where can sit and watch boats water ect. Looking for Einon court, Gorseinon upstairs flat to be nearer family for help which I need.
