I have a 1 bed flat above a hairdressers on a quiet road in Southend. 5min walk to Southend town, there are 2 corner shops both ends of my road plus all the shops in town. There is public transport EVERYWHERE. Neighbours are lovely and very friendly. I’ve lived here 4 years and I just want a change in a different area etc. my flat is newly painted etc a new bath put in not long ago it’s a lovely little flat.
