I have a very large 1 bedroom 1st floor flat with a lift with separate kitchen separate front room separate bedroom separate bathroom with a bath and shower built in and a nice long hallway and 3 big storage cuboids and a balcony property in Roehampton/Putney with 2 train stations within 15 mins max bus journey from outside my flat 6 different bus links from outside the flat a big Asda superstore 10 minute walk from the flat and about 12 different little shops within 10 minute walk from the flat no restrictions on my flat at all and my neighbours are lovely they are not noisy and there is no crime outside or inside my block it is a lovely area with a big outdoor space with a bbq built by bricks outside for the residents and a big picnic area aswell aswell as a lot of green area 10 minute walk from Richmond park too loads of schools doctors nurseries parks playgrounds library up the road aswell as the housing management team office up the road there’s also a forest 5 minute walk from the property which u can walk through all the way to Wimbledon I’ve never had any problems living here everyone in the community look after each other and are so nice to each other free parking all over the area no need for parking permits or parking tickets
