I have a one bedroomed flat Lounge and Bedrom and Shower room with toilet .A small kitchen But usable for one person.Karge window in Lounge lets in the Sun The flat is in a block of 23 other flats.
There is a common toom .Energy is both Electricity and Gas .The electricity is managed by the Management and is quite cheap.Gas as you know can be expensive.Thhere is central heating and hot water run by Gas and Electricity.
There is a Gas or Ellectric cooker Connection ,though once a Cooker placed little room for a Fridge.There is room for a washing machine.Although there is a communal laundrette.My Flat is on the Ground Floor. The Lounge is not huge but enough for a single person Plenty of Plug point.A care centre is also placed in the Lounge to call any emergency situation. Also opposite the front door Is a shed for personal use.The flat is housed in a Corridor and doors in The corridor can be locked at night
