I have a one bed ground floor flat I’m wanting to swap for family reasons. It’s a great flat in a great location of Hartlepool and is a couple minutes walk to the beach. It’s got supermarket, gym, bars and restaurants not far from it as well. It’s got good size rooms and carpet all the way through. It’s not too far from the town centre and train station for commuting if needed.
