I live on the 3rd floor and have access to a long balcony thats great for drying clothes, or a cup of tea in the morning. There is a large communal garden, a playpark out the back entrance and a multi purpose pitch for sports. There is no lift sadly, and due to recent mobility issues I need access to a lift of being on the ground floor. Theres no built in wardrobe in the bedroom but its spacious enough for a king-size bed, wardrobes and a bookcase. The kitchen is spacious and is a separate room to the living room. Its a great size for 1 person but could easily house two people. Id like a ground floor flat or a flat that has a lift access, however a high rise wouldnt suit as mobility issues.
