A really good location - 20 mins walking distance to the Botanics and Byres Road, 5 mins from beautiflly regenerated area of the canal and half an hour walk into town. Lots of easy access to public transport. A health centre just accross the road. Parking on road in front of flat or residents car park. Im looking to relocate to rural Perthshire, near Dunkeld if possible - 1 or 2 bed with a garden space ideally.
