1 bedroom spacious ground floor adapted flat in Giffnock, 1 double bedroom, walk in shower, fitted kitchen, double glazing, Central heating, bedroom and living room look out to a huge back garden thats not over looked. Near all local shops, travel links etc. Very quiet close with mostly elderly. Love my neighbours however I do require a 2 bedroom in either Giffnock, Clarkston, Busby, Eaglesham or Newton Mearns. As want to keep in area for my support network. Flat will require decoration as all wallpaper and woodchip has been stripped in the living room and kitchen. I am not fussed if swap for another home that needs work also.
