In East Dulwich, Camberwell, Peckham or other areas in Southwark.
Or a 2 bedroom in Tooting/Nine Elms/Wandsworth/Battersea/Pimlico/Chelsea
I’m still open to a 1 bed for the right location providing it is spacious.

Ideally would prefer a flat no higher than 3rd floor
And would need to have lift if it’s higher than 1st floor.
