Over 55, Independant living. Own front door. Spacious top floor, (2nd, there is a lift) nicely decorated and nicely maintained , one bedroomed flat close to all amenities and Station. Secure entry, nice neighbours, laundrette, with resident parking. No pets unfortunately.I?m a ?secure? tenant looking for a one bedroomed place in Bracknell, hopefully within 10 minutes of my daughter, who lives in central Bracknell. I have requested, and been granted, Council permission to exchange. Only requirement is parking really. Pet friendly would be nice, but not essential. A garden to grow flowers/ vegetables would be nice, but, once again, not essential.
