I live on the first floor nearest to the Belgrave Road (photo) I have an attic and there's a big communal area with a shed. The Caludon park is just over the road. Tesco is near for shopping .. and the Hospital is around a 10 minutes walk away. Pets are allowed here. This flat is well decorated and carpeted so a new tenant would not have to worry about that. Only wanting to move to be back where I grew up and nearer to old friends again.
