We have a very large, 1 bed flat in Little Common. Bexhill. Non Estate in a beautiful wooded development Rosewood Park. The flat comes with allocated parking and a balcony and allows pets.
Little Common has local shops 10 min walk away, beach is a 10 minute drive and local bus service is good taking you Eastbourne to Hastings and beyond.
The flat is spacious has built in cupboards, very low heating bills and great neighbours.
We need a two bed due to grandchildren responsibilities and we have a lot of stuff here so need a flat or house or bungalow of a reasonable size. Dont mind if it needs paint and a bit of TLC but if its a project its not for us. We are happy to exchange to a house/maisonette/flat or bungalow if a flat then it must have a balcony or outside space and we have pets. Thankyou
