A one bedroom flat,upstairs, in a house with neighbour's who you wouldn't know they were there. It's a very big flat with a large sitting room, a toilet, a bath and a very big, long, hallway.
Oh, and a spacious bedroom. One flight of stairs which are inside my flat. The borough you would be in is Wandsworth which has the lowest council tax in the UK. The flat needs a lot of work to it,plastering, wallpaper etc etc
