I have a 1 bedroom 1st floor flat in Armadale. All freshly painted and new carpet-laminate throughout except hallway about 6 months ago. Very cheap to heat and in a lovely quiet street. The kitchen is only a couple years old and very modern along with a spacious bathroom. There is a car park outside also. I?m looking for a 2 bed property but would consider a 1 bed as long as the property has its own private door as my disabilities makes a communal door difficult and preferably with a garden for my cats.
