New build, ground floor wheelchair/scooter adapted, 1 bedroom flat. Wider doors with each internal door being a fire door. Huge sitting room! I have a 3 seater recliner, a 2 seater sofa bed, a 2 person swivel, cuddle chair, a table and 4 chairs in it and still plenty of room for my dog to run around and play. Nice sized kitchen with lots of cupboard space. Nice sized bedroom with built in wardrobe. Bathroom is a wet room with walk in electric shower. Heating and water are gas with everything else being electric. Lots of storage room in this flat too. Sound proofing is excellent and never hear the couple that lives above me. There is no front garden and a small back garden which is only half grass so very easily maintained. My only reason for wanting to move is I need a bigger garden for my dog.
