I have a one bed bungalow in a lovely village 5 miles north of Tiverton, Double glazed electric central heating nice size living room and bedroom, medium size garden back an front plus on street parkin or on front garden. Very good neighbours and very quiet area if u don’t mind the odd tractor lol, there is a local pub in village but no local shops. There is a bus twice a week but your own transport would be better. The bungalow is in a close with 7 other properties and mine is the top one so is semi detached. Am lkn for very similar between Ottery st Mary and maybe Axminster an country side or village a big bonus please only 10-15 mile radius of honiton an bungalow only no stairs thank you
