Llangybi is a quiet village with a church nice friendly pub and village hall.The bungalow is up away from the road through the village and off the side road, only traffic is the residents, parking not allocated.It’s a nice size bungalow good size lounge and bedroom, wet room, fitted kitchen with room for upright fridge/freezer,electric stove,washing machine,tumble dryer. Wet room. I’m only looking for a move because of changes to my mobility and I need to be closer to my support. I would prefer a bungalow but would consider a house.
