I have a 1 bedroom bungelow with medium size garden back and front with handrails back and front
facing a green area with trees nice size kitchen and wet room, and pets allowed, there is a large parking area as you come into church lane for residents and visitors and Its in a lovely area of kemsing with lovely church nearby local shop and pub really nice neighbours lovely walks and south downs can be seen from back garden and shops just a short journey away bus to main area of sevenoaks for the shops doctors surgery a short walk away and chemist i need a 2-3 bedroom bungelow or house because i need my daughter to live with me due to health reasons other to that i would'nt of wanted to move from my bungelow, i would consider other areas in Kent, East and West Sussex, but i prefer semi rural or rural a house preferably detached or semi with 2 toilets if possible and garden and parking a must due to mobility issues and large size frontroom, bedrooms you are near eynsford, shoreham and otford where there is a big sainsburys, homebase, pets at home and aldi stores all a short drive away and you can gets buses as well
