I have a terraced bungalow (no age restrictions) - a corner plot, cottage like property in a cul de sac, close to amenities including 2 GPs, pharmacy, Coop, bus stops, just a three or five minute walk from the address. The main bedroom and living room, kitchen are all a good size, the second bedroom is a very small box room that is currently used a home office, private enclosed garden - access through the kitchen back door. Off road parking at the front of the property, there is also parking on the road at the back of the property access through the back gate through the garden and into the kitchen back door. The property has a wet room with a walk in bath, and also has an electric shower fitted. Sheffield council are rolling out a program to update its council properties, my kitchen is due a refit, the place is in need of redecorating. Heeley Green offers easy access to the city centre, yet, is just a thirty minute drive into the beautiful peak district or, you can get buses from the city centre into the Peak District. I really like my bungalow but due to personal issues, I need to move out of Sheffield.
