It is gas central heating and solar panels on the roof. It is a over 55s bungelow or you must have a disability. There is tesco, aldi,butchers, chemistry postoffice very close. There is a lovely country park, ty marw 2 minutes walk away. And a bus stop for travel into the city or to the train station. What I am looking for..... One or two bed house flat or bungelow in the area of dawlish, Teignmouth, Starcross areas maybe a little further afield to be near friends and family.
