This one bedroom Cottage, It has gas central heating, as I I have said has its own front and back private garden.. 5mins from Doctors,70yards from local park, 100 yards from coop/chemist etc...I have myself put fencing up and white chipping stones in front garden and renovated every room apart from kitchen...I'm an electrician so put down lights in most rooms.... I would consider anywhere in Perthshire... thanks
